As you may know, all of our products are embroidered in-house in our atelier. We have a very strict quality control, and sometimes, we think that they are not perfect enough to be sent when bought at full price.
You will find as well prototypes from our weekly drops that haven't been released, or some mistakes in thread colors.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged.
